Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By using the services of BlueAxis Seguin Pool Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Service Description

BlueAxis Seguin Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and inspection services. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your service agreement or quote. We commit to performing all services with professional skill and care using industry-standard equipment and techniques.

Service schedules, pricing, and scope of work are confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will require your approval before we proceed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For recurring weekly services, payment is due monthly on the schedule agreed upon in your service contract.

Late payments may result in service suspension. A late fee may be applied to accounts more than 15 days overdue. If your account remains unpaid for 30 days, we reserve the right to terminate services and pursue collection.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

For one-time services, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For weekly service contracts, either party may cancel with 14 days written notice. You will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the cancellation date.

Access to Property

You agree to provide our technicians safe and unobstructed access to your pool and equipment during scheduled service times. If access is restricted or denied on a scheduled service day, you may still be charged for that service visit. Please ensure pets are secured and any gate codes or access instructions are provided in advance.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in performing our services, BlueAxis Seguin Pool Care is not liable for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures due to age or lack of maintenance, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

We carry general liability insurance. Any claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of the service date. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Equipment and Repairs

When we identify equipment issues or needed repairs, we will notify you promptly. You authorize necessary repairs only after receiving and approving a written estimate. We use quality parts and materials but do not provide manufacturer warranties on third-party equipment or parts.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our service, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved through direct communication. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to Texas state law in Guadalupe County.
